Warren Michael Photography has been serving our customer for the past twenty-eight years. Each and every day we promise to you the following:

   You will always be treated with courtesy and respect, in all circumstances and at all times.

  Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. During these times we may be unavailable, however any telephone calls or e-mails received will be returned before the end of the day. Any telephone calls or e-mails received after 5:00pm will be returned the next work day.

   We schedule appointments for your convenience. Besides our normal business hours we offer evening and weekend appointments. We know your time is important and you will never be kept waiting for a scheduled appointment.

   You will receive a written agreement prior to any photography service we do. We believe you should know what you are paying for in advance and know that the price quoted is the the final price.

   "Great images at a fair price with outstanding service giving you the best value in professional photography." These words explain how we do business... each and every day!

   We will complete your photography order in the time frame specified. If we are not able to complete your order in the time frame specified, you will be notified and be given a completion date.

   We want to exceed your expectations. If you ever receive anything from us that you are not 100% satisfied, let us know within the first 30 days of acceptance and we will do everything possible to satisfy you.
